We act as your troncmaster, applying the tronc rules and liaising with the company to ensure tronc is administered correctly through the company payroll
TRONCMASTER + PAYROLL
Take the hassle out of tronc administration
The same as the troncmaster service with payroll services included.
We will run your company payroll and process all regular payments plus tronc payment as well as deal with HMRC filings. This services reduced the admin from the company end especially around starters and leavers to the tronc scheme
HOW WE OPERATE
Your tronc scheme should incentivise your staff and reward them for their hard work. We aim to design and administer fair schemes which do just that.

We do this by working with the company and the employees to understand the business and what everyone is trying to get out of the tronc. We devise easy to understand tronc rules and ensure everyone is informed of them. We answer employee questions and prepare customer statements so everyone is clear about where service charge goes.
